The provider undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of website users. The provider will use the collected personal data exclusively to provide the services it offers. The provider respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of website users, and will therefore do everything necessary to protect them from any violations and abuses. Users’ personal data is one of the areas to which the provider pays extreme care and attention, as it is aware of the sensitive nature of this area.

Use of personal data

For the purposes of providing the services it offers, the provider collects, manages, processes and stores a maximum of the following user data:

• other data that the user voluntarily adds subsequently in his profile (if the website allows this functionality).

The provider is not responsible for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the data entered by the users.

Purposes of personal data processing

The provider will process personal data for the following purposes:

• To communicate with the user regarding submitted requests for products or in case of user questions. For this purpose, the provider will keep personal data for as long as it is necessary for communication with the customer.
• To send occasional e-news about current events and offers, about promotional offers and about other matters that might be of interest to the user. The provider will keep personal data for these purposes only with the explicit and unequivocal prior consent of the user. User rights

The user can request at any time:

• Unsubscribe from receiving e-news (if you receive them) by clicking on the link in the received e-mail. After logging out, the provider will delete the data, as long as it is not needed for other purposes to which the user has previously agreed or the provider keeps it on the basis of other legal bases.
• Correction of your personal data by sending a written request to info@iql.si.
• Permanent deletion of personal data stored and/or processed by the provider by sending a written request to the address info@iql.si.</li >

Declaration on protecting the confidentiality of personal data and privacy of users

In accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, the provider is obliged to protect the personal data of users of its websites. Under no circumstances will the provider forward personal or other user data to a third party or will not allow a third party to view personal or other user data, except:

• contractual processors who provide support for the controller for the processing of personal data for individual purposes for which consent has been given,
• if the state authorities ask him to do so,
• if such an obligation is stipulated by law,
• or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state authorities and for the protection and realization of the legal interests of the provider.

All personal and other data that the user will provide when logging in to the website, as well as when ordering products, including the content of orders, will be protected in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. The provider will not use this data for a purpose that would in any way harm the user or another person involved, except for the purposes that the user explicitly and unequivocally previously allows. The provider will not use user data to send promotional e-mails or other unsolicited promotional material, except for sending those promotional notifications to which the user will subscribe or with which he will agree beforehand. The provider can use the data in an anonymized summary form for statistical analysis purposes. Confidentiality of personal and other user data will not be violated in any form.

The provider will only entrust the delivery service (e.g. Pošta Slovenije, GLS, etc.) with the necessary information for delivery on the website (in the online store) of purchased products (recipient information and delivery address). The provider will contact the user via e-mail if this is necessary to make a purchase on the website (in the online store), and via a contact phone number only if the registration process is in progress or purchase in the website (online store) encountered problems.

Privacy Policy Implementation

All persons employed full-time or part-time by the provider who have access to personal and other data of users are aware of the duty to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on protecting the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the website (online store). The duty to protect personal and other data applies indefinitely, even after the termination of the relationship with the provider.

Registered users can stop using the website (online store) and/or cancel their registration at any time. They do this by notifying the provider of the cancellation of registration with a written statement. Before submitting a declaration of cancellation of registration, the user must pay the provider all outstanding obligations from purchases made on the website (in the online store). The provider will protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of online store users within the framework of this privacy policy even in the event of cancellation of registration.
